• A visa is required for entry into Nepal

Deposit & Payments

• 20% deposit due 90 days before the tour begins

• 50% payment due 65 days before the tour begins

• Our standard cancellation fees apply in line with our booking conditions.

• We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellations.

Accommodation Options

• Sharing with another adult? Book under the adult rate.

• Prefer your own room? Book the single traveller rate. A single supplement will apply.

Working with Children Check

• To visit organisations supporting children, all travellers must complete a valid Working with Children Check before departure. We’ll provide guidance on how to complete this.
