- You can arrange this prior to travel or upon arrival at Kathmandu airport (approx. USD $30).

20% deposit due 90 days before the tour begins
50% payment due 65 days before the tour begins
100% payment due 35 days before the tour begins
Cancellations
Our standard cancellation fees apply in line with our booking conditions.
We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellations.

Sharing with another adult? Book under the adult rate.
- Prefer your own room? Book the single traveller rate. A single supplement will apply.
Working with Children Check
To visit organisations supporting children, all travellers must complete a valid Working with Children Check before departure. We’ll provide guidance on how to complete this.
Tax Deductibility
If you are an Australian teacher, social worker or care worker, your tour costs may be fully tax-deductible.

We provide a tax invoice once your tour is paid in full.
